Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry to see there has been an issue with your return. This is certainly very frustrating. We can see the return was logged through the Rebound platform, but beyond the label being printed there is no movement. It sounds as though the return may have been incorrectly processed by USPS and as such, we have no visibility on its progress.
While we did previously advise that we'll need to await its arrival physically back in our Warehouse before processing your exchange, I have now completed this for you. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly with the details of your exchange order, which I hope you will enjoy.
