I’m quite surprised that you’re having this problem with one of our non-iron shirts, as they have always proved to be extremely faithful to their description. It may be the case that there has been a fault at the point of the material’s treatment, so please expect a call from me shortly to discuss the possibility of a replacement. With respect to our slimfit range, it is true that these shirts are not as fitted as the majority of other brands but this is by design. We found that most of our customers simply wanted a shirt that was a little less generous than our classic cut shirts. Therefore, we based the range on this instead of the popular definition of “slimfit”. I must say, however, that even these have been considered to be too fitted by some, so we will continue to weigh the feedback and act accordingly. Many thanks.
