As a mail order company we take the accuracy of our sizing seriously and so it is disappointing to hear that you have had problems with the fit of our shoe range. We have been sending orders to the US for a long time now and have received very few complaints with regards to our sizing. However, the fact that this bad experience has put you off shopping with us is an important matter and I have forwarded your feedback on to our buyers to be investigated further. Please return the unwanted shoes to us using the free returns label included with your delivery and we will action a full refund for you.

Decent quality shirts. There are times the shirts are a bit pricey for my tastes. I must say they are of better quality than most of the dress shirts on the market.
