I ordered shirts with 14 1/2 inch necks...they are too tight. They fit like 14s. Please correct that problem. Shipping is as expected & the ties are great...

I think that Charles Tyrwhitt offers an excellent value when buying shirts and suits. I find for my body type, their suits and shirts are a near perfect fit.

I have purchased a number of shirts, several pair of shoes and a suit and everything has been of very good quality. Customer service is consistently excellent.
