I’m extremely sorry for the condition of the shirt. We try hard to quality check as many of our products as possible, but very occasionally a faulty item slips into stock. Please don’t think that we have ignored you, we simply have not received the shirt back yet as it can take up to 14 working days for parcels to reach us from the US. However, I have already arranged for a replacement to be thoroughly checked and sent to you as a priority while we wait.
